Digital Downloads

We believe in our brand and our products and your satisfaction with them is the most important thing to us. However, because our products are digital goods and are delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you have changed your mind and have not downloaded the digital product we will review your refund application on a case by case basis. 

Interior Design Services

Due to the bespoke nature of our Interior Design service we will only issue you a refund if we haven't started the design process.
